Multiple copies of the same email

I am receiving (and as I write this) multiple copies of the same email
repeatedly in Office Outlook 2003. Any suggestions?
 
Hey. Just delete those mails from Outlook.
Goto your web mail and delete them from there also.
Dont forget to disable the antivirus and firewall on your computer while
doin these.
