Multiple copy

Hello,

I receive multiple copy of the same email (size, date) in my Outlook one per
day from the same sender. I use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 for mail
server. No rule in my Outlook. Do you have an idea of the cause of the
problem. Thank you.

Do you see the same problem in OWA? Is the sender in your Exchange
Organization or external to it? Does your Exchange Admin have anything to
say about it? They'd probably want to turn on Message Tracking and make
sure that the problem is on your end and not the senders end.

Are you the Exchange Administrator?

If yes, check help in the Exchange System Manater or look at
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange-2003-Message-Tracking-Logging.html
or http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246856.

If no, talk to whoever it is and tell them all the details, including who
the message is from. I'd also ask the person who sent the message to look
in their Sent Items to make sure they only sent one.

It have one message in message tracking center but in message History I see
this.

(e-mail address removed) is the only one who receive the two copy. Thanks
