I keep getting "delayed write failed"

Hi! :)

In both downloading a bunch of large zip & rar files and unpacking them, I
keep getting a "delayed write failed" balloon from the system tray even
though the files in question, depending on type, unpack or open just fine as
if nothing's wrong and there's 65G+ space available on the drive they're
downloading to as well as 19G+ on the main drive. So why do I keep getting
that message?
