I KEEP GET ERRORS TO REPORT TO MICROSOFT

Each time I resume my computer from hibernation, I
get " A application has encountered a problem and needs
to close. Please tell microsoft about this problem

I have been doing that but it doesn't get resoloved.
After sending the report it gives an option for more
information. Well that opens another internet window and
the suggestion is to buy something from pestcontrol.com I
have spygot and hyjackthis ....

So rather than sending this report , I click to see what
the error is and view techinical information. the
offending module is updmgr.exe It resides in Program
files \ Common Files I don't know what put it there.

I'm big beleiver if something strange starts to happen ,
its bound to be something recent. I downloaded
RealPlayer recently and used its uninstall . Spygot shows
new entries in registry. Hopefully thats left over from
realplayer. Otherwise I'll be back

But what about microsoft relaying that kind of info ?

Updmgr.exe is adware. You allowed it onto your system. It typically comes
with Kazaa. For more information, see here:
