I How do I edit what a Folder contains; email, contact info, etc

Upon opeening new folders it asks for

Name name of folder

File Contains here you have a choice, Mail items, contact info ETC

Where to put it Catergory you want it in
All the folders i opened were put in COntains Mail info and I want it to be
Contact info. How do I edit this
