I have trouble opening attachments with pps

I have power point 2003 but when trying to open attachements with pps. it
always comes up with link broken, how can I rectify this problem

It's hard to say w/o more detailed information but ...

If I create a PPS that has links and send you just the PPS, then you won't have
the necessary linked files, so the links will be broken.

I can attach the linked files too but unless I've created the links correctly,
they may still break. See:

If I do everything right to make sure links don't break and I also attach the
necessary linked files, you'd need to make sure that the PPS and all the linked
files end up in the same folder.
