i have tried deleting a page and it wont work

I have tried to delete a page mid way through my document to no avail. I have
highlighted page breaks etc and tried the simple approach of pressing delete
but nothing is happening.It workde fine on all the other one's I did it on
but nothing is happening to this page. Any suggestions?

Milly, it could be that this is a natural break in your document and that
even without you adding page breaks to break up your document in chosen spots
it is breaking here by itself. THis is only a suggestion and may be way off,
but I have had that happen to me a few times.

Another thing you might try (you have probably already done this) is to turn
on your PARAGRAGH SHOW AND HIDE option. THis is the funny looking P up in
your menu bar. Press this once and you will see all of your paragraghs,
tabs, and spaces that you have used as well as your page breaks. By having
this on you can better see what is going on with your formatting. It is very
helpful when you run into odd formatting problems like this.

Thanks for the help, it worked. I am a bit off with computers at times and
tend to get by but it is usually really simple rpoblems like these that get
me. Thanks for the advice
