I have to switch off rounter to load in the net

hi, all,

I got the follwing problem:

I use a boardband (ADSL) connection, and have netgear to
support 2 wireless computers and 2 connected computers.

PROBLEM:
One of the computer unable to load into the internet UNLESS
switch off the rounter first ( and the computer has to be ON when the
rounter is off.)

ca someone tell me the reason of this and how to solve this
headache? thanks a lot.

Sounds like an IP not being assigned properly. Ask this in a networking
group and give as much info as you can about the setup and machine/OS
types.
