I have somehow lost all my documents and my photos :(

Hi help please i hav elost all my document files and photos and i can't seem
to get them back i have been into the recyle bin but they are not there it
was empty so nothing to restore is there anything else i can do or have i
lost them all forever???

I am not an expert so you may want to confirm with someone else but have you
tried system restore back to the date you lost them to see if it is listed
that you deleted them? Only a brief thought.

System Restore will not bring back user files.. using System Restore in
instances like this could well have an adverse effect on any chance of file
recovery..

Have you confirmed that the files are no longer in the "Documents and
Settings" folder?
