I have set my Start up to not allow some menus and toolbars

on saving a access program i went into startup and got rid of all access to
menu bars qnd toolbaes , but now i can not get them to come back again in
this program

can you help please !
 
Hold down the shiftkey while you open (and until it's open) the database.
