I have permanently deleted a message I should not have. Is there

I wanted to delete a single message but I have permanently deleted the
complete subfolder. I want to recover from this. Outlook 2003 is connected to
Exchange Server (part of SBS 2003). The subfolder is under Inbox. When I
click on Inbox and then do Tools, Recover Deleted Items, I can actually see
my subfolder as well as some other individual message I shift-deleted before.
However when I then choose the "back to folder" icon to recover the deleted
folder, it takes some time and then the operation finished with "Outlook
could not recover some or all of the items in this folder. Make sure you have
the requested permissions to recover items in this folder, and try again. If
the problem persists, contact your administrator". Unfortunately, I am the
administrator.

I did the test with a single message in Inbox: shift-delete and the
positioned on folder INbox, choose Tools, Recover Deleted Items, the message
was in the list, I clicked on the icon indicating "back to folder", and it
returned OK to the Inbox.

Any suggestions?
