regenerating into those square/"unknown file type"
again. also when i try to delete them they go to my
recycle bin and i can't delete them.. Also how do i

I gave you instructions for repairing the recycle Bin in your other message.

The Temporary Internet Files folder contains all of the files that are contained in every webpage you visit. Some websites may contain thousands of these files. You will get of every type imaginable in that folder. You do not need to be concerned about these, since they are of no real value. You should delete these files as part of a regular maintenance habit. To delete them, open Internet Explorer and select Tools/Internet Options/Delete Files button.
