I have disable the firewall of XP, but it seems remain !!

I have disable PC1 and PC2's firewall of XP, but when I ping PC2 from PC1, it's scuessful, when I ping PC1 from PC2, it's not scuessful, why? I have not install any other firewall software in PC1 and PC2
