I have an active x problem...

i deleted activex by accident, then i tried to download it again. when ever i
want to run the file it says '' the system file is not suitable for running
ms-dos and microsoft applications''. Then it says i need to restart my
computer for the changes to take an effect. HOW CAN I GET ACTIVE X TO WORK,
IVE TRIED EVERYTHING!
