I have a worm virus

Norton can't get rid of W32.Welchia.worm that is in my
windows file. I've tried everything? What should I do?

Have you used this tool?
Disable System Restore before you use it, otherwise it wont work.
Right click My Computer, select Properties.
On the System Restore Tab check the box to Turn off System Restore on all
drives
Then run the tool

Also, make sure to turn system restore back on once the removal process is
complete and do a sfc /scannow with your original XP cd in the cd drive
after completion.
