I have a Virus...

You guys have been great- I have followed your suggestions.
I am told that i have 2 different viruses on my computer.
In McAfee they are called "W32/Gaobot.worm.iv" (Nokia.exe)
and "W32/Gaobot.worm.gen.b" (svchost32.exe and
winhlpp32.exe). Another Virus scan did not find the 1st
virus but found the 2nd and calls it "win32.HLLW.Agobot".
Now what do I do?? Can anyone direct me on where to find
instructions on deleting these worms? Or should I have my
system wiped clean and set up again???
