i have a virus in my WINDOWS\videodrvr.exe file that i cannot repair

my Norton Anti-Virus detected the virus but is unable to
quarantine or delete the file. I need help please
 
The file might be in use. Boot to safe mode. Now you should be able to
delete the infected file or you can rename it and let Norton Anti-Virus to
handle the file.
