I have a strange problem here, any solution plz

Hello Everybody,
I am new to this group and I have a strange problem I think. In one of
my user's machine (he is using OE as mail client ), he is practiced to
reply mail from sent item. He opens the mail from sent item, press
reply all button, make the necessarry changes and send the mail. But
for the last few weeks, he is facing a problem to a particular e-mail
address. Whenever he open it from sent item and click reply all, OE
stops responding. No other e-mail is creating this problem. Only that
e-mail from that particular address is freezing the whole OE. Only
option is task manager and then end task. Its a windows 2000 machine
with service pack 4 installed and OE 6 is running.
Anybody can help on this issue. plz.
Oh for your info. those e-mail's got pdf file as attachments.

You will have a much better chance to get a reply to your question if
you ask it in an Outlook Express group such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
