Mail. Sorry, I don't have that program installed.
Try pressing the F1 key at the top of the keyboard, and search for
"Unsubscribe".
Nobody is making you read the newsgroup posts, and nothing is being sent to
your computer unless you choose to open it, but yes, you should be able to
unsubscribe.
