Is the "product" Microsoft Access database software, the subject of this
newsgroup? If not, then you need to find a newsgroup devoted to the product
about which you are inquring. Whether that is the case or not, you need to
give some detailed information about the software, including version, the
circumstances under which you receive the error message, and the exact
wording of the error message.
