I have 2 computers. how do I synchronize my Email in both Outlook.

I need both my desktop and my laptop email up to datewhat with personal
folders, the inbox, spam, etc. Can they be synchronized somehow ( On or Off
line)? At this stage I'm frustrated so I don't care which way it happens.
