I had the same problem

I had he same problem and tried just uninstalling Laserfiche Snapshot
and that doesn't help, but uninstalling the Laserfiche client did
clear the problem.

I've had this happen to two computers and the other I fixed by
deleteing the profile. Both are using Office 2007 btw.
