I got a free microsoft trial, it is now expired, can i reactivate

I am trying to reactivate it by putting my old key password in there to
convert it, but the message that it has been expired comes back. is there an
easy way to put a key in there and get the trial again, or do i have to
install the whole trial again? tnx

You can't even reinstall it to make it work again. Once the trial is over,
it's over. Time to buy.
