i get this when try to open email what is it?

need help i can't open emai; what is this and what do i need to do

Contact your mail provider (ISP) and ask them to walk you through mail
setup. You have not gotten checked all that needs to be checked in your mail
account settings..
 
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."
