I get O2k updates while running O2K3

When I go to Office Updates, I get O2K and O2K3 updates. The O2K updates
break the O2K3 updates. There isn't a uninstall in the control panel for O2K.
There isn't a directory in Win File Explorer, so why does this happen and how
come I can't stop it?

I have the full license version of Office 2K3 & I uninstalled O2K before I
installed O2K3. Is this a known issue? Does anyone out there know the
registry fix?

I was under the impression that Outlook 2000 did not participate in the
automatic Office update, only OL 2002 and OL 2003.
