I get kernal-mode-error when i click on send and receive.

I suspect it has to do with Norton Internet security 2004 that i have
installed. I had an update and since then when I try to access my emails via
Outlook I get a blue screen error message - stop lots of zeros and kernal
mode trap.
Please help
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook (there are several
starting microsoft.public.outlook)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
