I get "file Access Denied" after moving my pst file to appdata

I just moved my old pst file from a network drive to the
\users\NAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook folder in VISTA. When I try to
add the new pst file location via Account settings I get a "File access is
denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file

This seems to be a issue with the \users folder (and all sub-folders)
showing as read only. When I run Outlook as an administrator the problem goes
away.

What can I do to fix it so I can run Outlook as my account?

Put the .pst file in a user accessible folder. Anywhere will do, even on a second hard drive.

I tried the "Documents forlder as well as the root of the C drive and get the
same error in both locations.

Did you try my suggestion for a non-C:\ drive location?

I want it on my C drive beacuse that is the one that is a mirrored array.
There must be some way to allow this besides just turning off UAC?
