i get disconnected!!

i really need help figureing out how to not keep get
disconnected after i'm on for awhile andi'm not doing
anything it just kicks me off, adn i have no idea how to
get it to stop! it always does it when i'm talking on MSN!

What is your operating system? XP, Win98, etc.
