I get a message when I send mail

I set up POP3 with my yahoo account but now I cant send mail. I keep getting
this message.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'Personal', Server: 'plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
