i opened regedit, and under HKEY_USERS,
S-1-5-21-3319788517-4067319612-3890801769-1010_Classes, Applications, i found
the name of a spyware/adware thing: xldvhjbdrhu.exe. this is a very annoying
file because it makes a Norton Internet Security window show up saying that
"xldvhjbdrhu.exe" or "aurareco.exe" is trying to access a server when i get
on the internet and i cannot for the life of me delete this file. i was
wondering, can i delete this annoying and unnecessary file with regedit?

With a name like that, it must be malware.

You should scan your system with Ad-aware SE and SpyBot S&D as well as run BHODemon.
