I DONT KNOW WERE MY BOOT CD IS AND I CANT EVEN START IT UP PLEASE IF THERE IS
A WAY TO MAKE ONE BY COPYING THE FILES FROM MY SISTERS PC AND NOT COPYING THE
INSTALLATION CD TELL ME STEP BY STEP PLEASE

Interesting. You shouldn't actually be able to format the system disk while
Windows is running.

If there was data on that drive that you need, you should remove the drive
from the system, connect it to another functioning system that has enough
drive space to contain the files, and use data recovery or undelete
software. However, this will not restore your drive to a bootable
condition.

Do *not* recover the files *to* the drive you're recovering *from*.

Simply copying the files from another PC will not allow you to boot the
system, and you are pretty much going to need to re-run Setup. You'll
need an XP CD for that. You may need to purchase a new license if you can't
find your orignal CD.

If you connect your drive to a working system as Patrick suggests
--> do not run chkdsk or do not allow chkdsk to run
--> first try get your files off the disk to another disk

If you formatted the disk drive, then all your data is gone anyway, so just
go and buy another copy.

If you have earlier stored the backup of the *Windows Operating System*
then you can recover it using a 'data recovery software'
(http://www.nucleustechnologies.com) like 'Kernel Recovery for
FAT+NTFS' (http://tinyurl.com/kl7zl).

Otherwise you have to purchase the original Windows license CD once
again.
