I forgot my password for webmail

I need to reset my password to access windows web mail in Vista. I have
forgotten my original password.
 
You would need to contact your ISP to reset your password (MSN, it looks
like).
 
how do you contact your ISP? I'm having all kinds of issues just getting my
account str8 so i can use it to work windows mail
 
Don't you have to pay them for Internet access every month? Their
monthly billing statement probably has a phone number. If you know
their name, you can look it up on the Internet.
