Forgot Windows Mail Password

Hi

I've forgotten my password for Windows Mail, and I can't find a link for a
security question or anything.

I can open Windows Mail, I just can't send/receive any mail...

Can anyone help with reseting my password?

It's not a password for Windows Mail, it's the password to access your email
account.
Check with your email account provider.

You'll have to discuss this with your email provider (who is
probably also your internet provider).
