i find a problem in windows mail, can anyone help me..

hi,
i am using windows vista since when it came.
i never use windows mail before. my satup for mail satting is ok,
i write in any mail, after that wheni try to check spellng ...
it comes a massage
" this language is no longer available for spell checking.
please select another in the spelling options dialog."

this one... i went to foram i get some solution but i am confuse ,
and i am also try buy it don't work...

can u please help me to solve this problem.
that will be great i i use this windows mail service.

In the main screen of Windows Mail, (not the compose screen), go to
Tools, Options, Spelling.
First select another language, click Apply. Then reselect English and click OK.
