I edited an attachment and Saved it. Where is it?

I opened an attachment and made significant edits to it. When finished, I
saved the document but did not select "Save As". Now I cannot locate it. I
have searched the Temporary OLK directory and it is not there. Any other
suggestions on where it might be located? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you closed and saved the message that it was attached to after you saved
the attachment, then the edits are in the attachment in the message.
Otherwise, they're in the bit bucket.
