I.E not in add remove

I seem to remember being able to go to add/remove and choosing IE and then a
repair option.
IE is not in add/remove, can I reinstall it from somewhere? Any suggestions?

No you can't do it from ADD/Remove as IE6 is now part of Windows XP.
You can however, repair IE6 by following instructions given in this
article:

Thanks for the replies folks,was able to do what I wanted, not sure if I
fixed any problem but just shooting in eh dark a bit.
