I.E. 6 Evertime I close I get problem message

Every time Internet explorer closer I get message IE has
encountered a problem. The details of which are:

App. Version 6.0.2800.1106
Mod. Ver. 0.0.0.0
Offset: 010a1512

Any ideas?
