i dont want to use a filter.

That's a Windows function, not specific to Word.

In the Control Panel, open Accessibility Options and turn off any of the
three options that are checked.

If you don't want any of them to be turned on accidentally again, click each
Settings button and uncheck the Use Shortcut box.
