How do I keep outlook from opening auto. I dont want it to launch w/o a
password. As it is now, it opens and anyone can see contained emails, just
not able to get new w/o password. I dont want it to launce w/o password
either

The most you could do in Outlook would be to password-protect your PST file.

However, if you're using an NT-based operating system (NT, Win2k, WinXP) you
can set up user accounts with passwords, so nobody can get into anyone
else's Windows profile, and hence their Outlook profile. Use NTFS as the
file system, and nobody can even look at somoene else's files in Windows
Explorer. I'd go this route.
