I don't want FRAMES to show up on EVERY page!!

I just added frames to my page, but I don't want them to stay on every
screen after I click hyperlinks. I just want them on my "index" or
"home" page.
How do I do this?

mark the target of the links out of the frame set as _top.
just right click the links.. hyperlink properties/ target frame/ _top

I didn't see it at first, that was because I had to click "whole page"
to change it to "_top".
