you see all the post..people are haveing all these problems with vista..it is
defective..uncle bill,,greedy uncle bill gates,,has vista rigged up..where
you cant do within it what you did with xp..its simple as that.uncle
bill..wants you to go out and buy all new software and hard ware,,so he can
get his kick back or fee..

but im sure even if you did all of that,vista is so scewed up..something new
things still might not work..more money wasted..he,s got it fixed..where we
are constanly working on our computers instead of useing them..

you still have win xp to fall back on..right...use a back up computer for
your main computer..vista is never going to work right..its defective..on
purpose or by acciedent..i thinks its about .uncle bill seen a opertunity to
get greedy and more money off of us.but they put so many ..tricks in the
os..that theres not going to be

a total fix..its just screwed because of greed...

Nothing says anyone needs to upgrade to Windows Vista.
Anyone that upgrades does so because of their choice, not because

Just not true.Of course nah sayer like you will not accept that a person can
have 10 machines in their own use and that of their family all from
different manufactures or even own build machines running different SKUs of
Vista that have had ZERO - yes not a single problem from they day they were
installed (which was when Vista was released).
Yes that includes not a single issue with hardware or software compatibility
or OS stability.

That is because there are some of us here who try and help out those that
have issues with their devices. there would be no point if you had a peer

Programs such as the MVP award are there for those that provide real help
and not just engage in discussions with people like you who persistently cry

registered) because of its name.

This isn't actually a website. This is a newsgroup (msnews.microsoft.com)
and you can add it in Windows Mail, or Live Mail - in fact it probably
already is under "Microsoft Communities", some websites milk the content out
of the newsgroup and slap them into a forum.

Which I know some of us have issues with websites doing, especially websites
with advertising - which essential take the content of the newsgroups and
then profit off us. But we'll save that dispute for another day.

Not to post an alternative viewpoint, but I have four machines running
Vista here (desktop built for Vista, a 2.5 year old Gateway laptop, 1
year old LG laptop, Toshiba laptop built for Vista)

I've had a couple issues on the LG, but that's it.

My girlfriend upgraded to Vista and absolutely love it, as do several of
my less technical friends.

So every single person who installed Vista isn't having problems. Of
all the people I know who aren't having problems, I'm the only one that
posts here -- I'm here to learn, and to help (mostly because I find the
best way to learn is to help others. I inhabit support newsgroups for
virtually every product I use that has support newsgroups, and was hired
in a full time position as a result of my contributions (not Microsoft
related))

just about every one who responded...took up for vista
they atacked me...some with some nice four letter words..
i guess the site rules do not apply to the..ones who attack vista
i come on here to get help and help others if i can

vista has to go for 31 or so updates from the get go
and there are other up dates comeing
and repair packs comeing to try and fix the os
you can call them service packs if you want
i have not made one false statement about vista
i have only seen maybe one or two maybe three
post where people said they got there computer and the os
completely working
and i am one of them that states that
mind is working fine so far now..but it was a battle for four months
when every one includeing me..
had the problem with the automatic updateing..when it stoped working
no MVP,S or any one else on here .came up with the fix
the guys at microsoft..gave me some crazy things to try
one of them said come here
it took me two days.to find out how to fix that problem.i did it my self
its i guess another flaw within vista
i came on here and told the people the fix
i did not get any help..from any MVP,S
all i see of you guys is monitoring us and attacking me..
i wish you guys helped as much as you monitor us
then there would be nothing but happy people on here
do you really have to attack my spelling too..
