i dont know what i did

i had some music files saved and i sent them to the trash nad the trash was
deleted and i want ot know if i can get those files back because i can not
play my songs now...??? PLEASE HELP can i restore those songs anyway??? thanks

You 'may' be able to recover the files with an 'undelete' program, so long
as
they haven't been overwritten. Try the following programs:

Hi,

I suppose using really powerful recovery tools if the data if valuable.
Such as Active@ Undelete and Uneraser(for DOS). the utilities have
truly migthy restore algorithm so as they never failed me before. Give
it a try, that should definately help you.
