I do not have the recover deleted e mails in my tool drop down

I was watching tips and tricks in outlook and the man recovered past deleted
e mails that were left on the server for 2 weeks how do i configure that to
work for me.

You need to be connected to an Exchange Server, the Exchange Administrator
is required to set up a Deleted Item retention period and if all that is
satisfied you need to highlight your Deleted Items folder first before the
command is available.

Also note that even if you are connecting to an Exchange server, the length
of time set by the administrator to be able to recover the items is
arbitrary. One place of business might set it at one day and another might
set 30 days.

If you are connecting to Exchange, you have to be in your Deleted Items to
have the option to recover enabled under Tools. Note that the items you do
recover are returned to the Deleted Items folder so be careful not to delete
them again until you are ready.
