I do I setup Outlook 2003?

I intalled the program but everytime I try to start Outlook it says that the
connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Its also says
that Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
Then it brings up a box that says Microsoft Exchange Sever and asks me to
fill in something, and then a mailbox name and it tells me to check the name?
Someone help, I cant figure this out.

If you don't connect to an Exchange server, but use Internet mail
(POP/IMAP), you need to fix your mail profile. Go to control panel, mail,
show profiles - delete the existing one, create a new one, and follow the
wizard.
