I deleted word documents and i want to get it back how can i get

Hello every body, I have deleted an important documents from my computer
after i distroyed all contents, but i printed that documents befor. How can i
get it back please?

If you only deleted it recently, you could try using some undelete
program (e.g. http://www.undelete-plus.com/ or just use Google to find
other alternatives).

If an undelete program is no help and you still have the printed copy,
you might want to scan it and use some OCR engine to convert it back
to a Word document. As of Office 2003, Microsoft Document Imaging has
an OCR module. There are several other ones available though.

When you DELETE a file on a Windows system the file is sent to the Recycle
Bin. If you haven't emptied the Recycle Bin you can recover the files from
there. See Windows Help on use of the Recycle Bin.

Once the Recycle Bin has been emptied the odds are that even a file recovery
utility may not be able to salvage the file if the utility wasn't installed
*before* the file was deleted.
