Ok I changed the width of the cursor (the little line that your test follows
when typing and I can't make it thin again, can anyone help? I think I was in
word when I made it thicker but I have looked and looked. PLEASE HELP, it is
so annoying.

The appearance of the cursor is determined by zoom ratio (overall size) and
font size (height), but I don't know of anything that would change its
apparent width without also changing the height proportionally.

There was a previous question I beleive labeled " Cursor width" and that was
where I found the answer. I had to go to the Control panel and then click on
accessibility and then display and move the scroll bar back down to narrow.
Thank you for trying and replying though!

Word 2003 or 2000? Go to Tools, Options, and then Cursor Control and there
may be an option there.

Where exactly in Options is the Cursor Control setting you referred to? I
can't seem to locate it. |:>)
