Every website that I've visited in the past will not
updated unless I hit the refresh button. This is
especially annoying on message board for I have to hit
refresh on every single thread, including different
categories and threads to view new posts. Someone please
help me with this aggravating problem

In IE, select -tools-internet options-General tab-Temporary Internet
files-Settings.click the option of check for newer versions of stored pages
'Every visit to the page'--click ok-ok & your done.

You can also 'force feed' a refresh by placing 3 question marks behind the
typed/entered url (ex) www.here.com??? Some web based file servers utilize
a cache file that stores the pages and you don't 'see' an updated page as
it's just grabbing the old page from the servers cache. Your system
administrator would need to reset the default to zero cache so you don't hit
this wall again.
