I can't use my OE

I need some help please. The put incorrect information when I was trying to
use my OE. Please help me correct this. I can not figure out how to get to
the place to change the information. HELP !!!!!!!!! This is what
comes up. The host 'pop3' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.
Subject 'calendar', Account: 'pop3', Server: 'pop3', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Although this is a Vista group, ie. OE is off topic...

Go to Tools > Account > your email account > Properties
and fill in the correct details.

Tools, Accounts, select the account, Properties, Servers, change the name
of the outgoing (SMTP) server to whatever your ISP says it should be.
While you're there, better check the incoming server name too.
