I can't startup the "smart card" service!

help me please,I can't startup the "smart card" service ,the computer report
an error 1068,who can tell me the reason,thank you very much!
 
Hi, I'm also facing problems to start Smart Card Service in my Windows XP
Professional after installing SP2. In fact, that service is not even listed
on the Services MMC. Does anyone know what may be causing this bug?
