I cant send or receive in Outlook!

I cannot send or receive in Outlook. My account is set up correctly and
worked fine when set up yesterday. Outlook says I am sending and receiving
ok, but I know I'm not. I have tested emails to myself from hotmail and gmail
but they are not coming through. If I send an email from Outlook, it says it
is sent but I dont see it in my Hotmail or Gmail inbox. Im stumped, please
help!

If a message goes from your Outbox to your Sent Items folder, then Outlook
_did_ send it and your ISP accepted it.
